| Solid Electronics has fast service within the metropolitan cities: Mexico City, Puebla, MŽrida, Monterrey, Leon and Guadalajara. Through this service, we can deliver your purchase within the first 24 to 48 hrs., after completing your order.
Solid Electronics also works with partners such as DHL and MULTIPACK. These shipments can take 24 to 72 hours, depending on the locality. We send our products to ALL MEXICO.
Security in the shipping process
Solid Electronics is working with DHL and MULTIPACK all shipments, so your product arrives on time and safe and you can keep track of your product through a tracking code and you can rest easy because if there is any mishap or damage due to shipping, your product is secure and will be changed at no charge.
** Important Note:
We invite to all our customers to review their orders, preferably as soon as they arrive, so that if they suffered any damage during transport, the dealer can make immediate note of it and you can receive, at no additional cost, a replacement.
If we review the order immediately, it is recommended to proceed as soon as possible, as DHL and MULTIPACK only responsible for damage in shipping until 24 hours after delivery.
How and where is sent
Your product is shipped to Mexico via DHL Ground and MULTIPACK. As your product is shipped also receive an e-mail informing when your order will arrive and you are given a tracking number so you can track your order directly from the homepage of our carrier.
If you are buying more than one product, it is likely that the products are sent in different packages, so they can get on different days or at different times. All products are shipped once they appear on the account of Solid Electronics SA of C.V.
What if my product arrives damaged?
If your product has arrived in poor condition or damaged please report to the next telephone 0155 56 72 63 50 and send an e-mail to ventas@solidelectronics.com.mx to ensure you are receiving the treatment they deserve.
Warranty and Returns
All our products are guaranteed directly from the manufacturer, it comes into force from the date of purchase shown on the receipt you receive with your order. If there is a malfunction please send an e-mail to ventas@solidelectronics.com.mx and reported directly to the manufacturer, he will do the necessary tests to determine how to repair the equipment or whether you should receive a new item. Our sales department will be responsible at the same time to follow the order of repair to ensure you are being given the appropriate treatment quickly.
For product returns will be accepted only if:
¥ You receive an e-mail to Solid Electronics SA of C.V. within the first 3 days explaining why you wish to return the product after receiving this e-mail one of our sales representatives will contact you to explain the return procedure, and assess whether your product is a candidate to return. If the refund is made after 3 days the refunds will be granted for a fee of 40% of the original value of the product. To accept this return the product packaging must be sealed and the box should not be abused.

It is very important to review the product as soon as possible after arrival, because in case of any mistreatment or damage caused by transporting company, the client would need to communicate as soon as possible with solidelectronics.com.mx and the company that was responsible for delivering the shipment within 24 hours so it can be replaced by a new product.
